Select a subject you’re comfortable with or have academic background in. Research scoring trends and availability of materials.

6. Make a Realistic Timetable

Daily:
 • 6 hrs: GS + Optional
 • 1 hr: Newspaper/Current Affairs
 • Weekly: 1 revision + mock test

7. Use the Right Resources

 • Polity: NCERT + Laxmikanth
 • History:  Modern history (Ncert+Spectrum), Ancient and medieval (New or Old Ncert),  Art& Culture:     Ncert Class XI
 • Geography: Must Ncert XI & XII (GC Leong) And Oxford Atlas for Mapping
 • Economy: NCERT + Ramesh Singh/ Nitin Singhania
 • Current Affairs: Monthly compilations (Vision/Sunya ias or any institute)

8. Practice, Revise, Repeat
